Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Terms
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel a booked session or programme, the following terms apply:
Full Refund / Reschedule
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session qualify for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
- To cancel, email us at infor@recoverorganic.world with your booking details.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Late Cancellation (Within 48 Hours)
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable.
- We offer the option to reschedule to a future date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
No-Show Policy
- If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, the fee is forfeited and non-refundable.
- We will attempt to contact you before your session. If we cannot reach you, we will send a reminder email after the scheduled time.
2. Multi-Session Programmes
8-Week Programme Refunds
- Refunds are available if you cancel before the first session (full refund) or after the first session (pro-rata refund for remaining sessions).
- Refund requests made after attending 4 or more sessions are subject to a non-refundable deposit equal to the number of completed sessions.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly meal planning subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing month.
- No refunds are provided for partial months already paid.
3. Payment & Billing Issues
Disputed Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge with details. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 10 working days.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
4. Special Circumstances
Illness or Emergency
If you become ill or face an emergency, we understand that you may need to cancel. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund if appropriate, even if the cancellation falls within the 48-hour window.
Consultant Cancellation
If we need to cancel a session due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund or immediate rescheduling to a time of your choosing.
5. Group Workshop & Course Cancellations
Workshop Attendance
Once a workshop is paid for, refunds are not available if you cannot attend. You may transfer your spot to a friend or request to attend a future session instead.
Course Withdrawal
If you withdraw from a group course:
- Before first session: Full refund
- After first session: Pro-rata refund, minus 15% administration fee
- After 50% of course completion: No refund, but you may complete remaining sessions or receive access to recorded materials
6. What Is Non-Refundable
- Sessions where you did not show up without notice (no-show)
- Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment
- Downloadable resources or materials (workbooks, guides)
- Recorded access to sessions you have already attended
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or initiate a cancellation:
- Email infor@recoverorganic.world with your booking reference and reason for cancellation
- We will confirm receipt and process your request within 2 working days
- Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes will take effect for new bookings. Existing bookings will be honoured under the policy in effect at the time of booking.
